Membership rates are based on ACH billing. (direct billing to a bank account)
Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% fee.

Terminations
Terminations will only be accepted through your Climb Iowa member portal. www.portal.climbiowa.com
Climb Iowa staff CAN NOT process these in person.
Terminations must be submitted 2 days before your billing date. (Your bill date is the day of the month you signed up.)
Freezes
Freezes cost $4 per member per month. You can manage your freeze and thaw requests through the Climb Iowa Member Portal. www.portal.climbiowa.com
