This member workshop is your guide on how to prepare for YOLO (You Only Lead Once), our annual Top Rope Competition on April 25th.
We will go over how to show up in top shape by going over workouts, drills, rest tactics, competition strategy, and overall training structure to make the most out of your competition experience. Whether you're aiming for the podium, looking to improve your results from last year, or wanting to prepare for your very first competition, this workshop is for you!
